Celod HDIF Trading and Contracting Co WLL is organized into four main departments each of which is headed by a departmental manager who reports to the company managing director. The departments are as follows:
Operations Department:
The operations department is in the core of the company’s business and its been headed by a senior manager. There are six other operational sections within the department, and each of these sections is headed by a senior engineer. The sections are as follows:

Oil & Gas Support Services Department
The Oil & Gas section is purely responsible for maintenance activities targeting most of the clients in the energy sector. The section is headed by a very senior engineer with requisite experience in Oil and Gas.
Trading and Material Supply Department
The section headed by a senior trader takes care of commodity trading and deal facilitation with focus on client in both local and international commodity markets.
Administration Department
The administration department is the main support function to the operations and every other part of the company and it divided into three sections, namely:

Contracts and Procurement
The administration department provides overall policy direction on administrative support functions and human resource management issues related to the management of employees and material for all the departments. The main focus of the department is to be a strategic partner by providing, public relation support, immigration support, and interface with local authorities, payroll, resourcing, purchasing, financial accounting services and Human Resources programs that attract, develop, retain, and engage a skilled and diverse workforce.
Through the human resources section, the department provides strategic central human resources functions, the Human Resources Department is responsible for administering the Health Benefits, and Workers Compensation.
